Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
Upon your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, our tour executive will greet you and brief you about the tour. Later, he'll guide you to the hotel and make a check in. Dinner will be served at the hotel. Thereafter, bid adieu to the day and unwind yourself.

Day 02: Delhi
Post breakfast in the morning, you'll proceed for a half day guided tour of Old Delhi. Red Fort - built in the 17th century by Emperor Shah Jahan, Jama Masjid - the largest and most popular mosque in India, and the market of Chandni Chowk reflecting the colors and heritage of Delhi, will be the top attractions. Enjoy some local cuisines while strolling through the streets and markets of Chandni Chowk. Afternoon will be at your leisure. In the evening, head back to the hotel for dinner and night's stay.

Day 03: Delhi - Haridwar
In the morning, you'll be transferred to the railway station to board the train to Haridwar, one of the most important pilgrimage cities in India. Upon your arrival, you'll be escorted to the hotel. Afternoon will be at your disposal. Proceed towards the shores of River Ganga in the evening to witness the awe-inspiring evening aarti. Head back to the hotel for dinner and call it a day.

Day 04: Haridwar - Harsil
Drive to the village of Harsil, located 23 km away from Gangotri, in the morning. En-route, enjoy the marvelous sights of the majestic mountain range and the fierce Bhagirathi River that makes its way from within. After reaching here, make a check in to the camp for night's stay. Dinner will be served at the camp.

Day 05: Harsil - Gangotri
In the morning, about two hours' drive will take you to Gangotri, one of the four sites from the Char Dham pilgrimage circuit. After arriving, check in to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day the way you desire.

Day 06: Gangotri
Spend the day walking around different places in Gangotri and accustoming yourself with the weather, the streets, and the narrow mountain paths. While you are here, explore the local streets and enjoy the picturesque backdrops, one of the best that India has to offer. Head back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 07: Gangotri - Chirbasa
In the morning, you'll embark on a 5 hour trek to a small village called Chirbasa. Located at an altitude of nearly 10,000 ft, it is another 10 km from Gaumukh. You will camp here for the night. A good rest will prepare you for next day's trip. While you trek, the grandiose sight of the Himalayan range iced with lush green forests will spellbind you.

Day 08: Chirbasa - Gaumukh
Start the day with another 5 hour trek to Gaumukh, which houses the Gangotri Glacier - the source of River Ganga's origination. The glacier is said to resemble a cow's mouth (hence the name Gaumukh) and is one of the largest glaciers located in the Himalayas. A visit to the site will replenish the energy and bring positive vibes to your senses. Overnight will be spent in camps.

Day 09: Gaumukh - Tapovan
On day nine of the tour, you'll make a slightly longer trek to the beautiful valley of Tapovan. Located at an altitude of 14,640 ft, the place is ideal for mountaineering and trekking while syncing in the splendid scenery it offers. Overnight will be spent in caves.

Day 10: Tapovan
In the morning, you'll set out for a full day walk to see the Kirti Bamak glacier and wondrous views of Shivling from the east while encountering the gorgeous views of the valleys, rivers, waterfalls, Himalayas, and unadulterated forests on the way. Overnight will once again be spent in the camps.

Day 11: Tapovan - Gaumukh - Chirbasa
This morning, you'll trek back to Chirbasa, via Gaumukh, for about 6 hours. Once again, the drop dead gorgeous sights of the snow clad Himalayan mountain ranges and gleaming rivers will accompany you, making the trek all the more easy and memorable. Night will be spent in the camps.

Day 12: Chirbasa - Gangotri - Harsil
The last trek of the tour will be completed from Chirbasa to Gangotri. Upon reaching here, you'll be picked up by our cab and drive you to Harsil. You'll be transferred to the camp to spend the night upon your arrival.

Day 13: Harsil - Rishikesh
On the morning of day 13, you'll be journeyed to Rishikesh, which is about an hour's drive away from Haridwar. As you reach, check in to the hotel. Dinner will be arranged at the hotel. Get a good rest for the night to shed the physical weariness of the whole trekking experience off your body.

Day 14: Rishikesh
Apart from being an important pilgrim centre, Rishikesh is also a beautiful rafting destination and offers medium to rough rapids in the course of River Ganges. Some exciting and thrilling sport activities include white water river rafting, trekking, backpacking, rock climbing, and bungee jumping. You can also spend the day at your leisure, visiting nearby attractions such as Laxman Jhula and various temples that are located here. Call it a day with dinner and good night's sleep.

Day 15: Rishikesh - Delhi
Post breakfast, you'll be driven back to Delhi. The journey will take about 5½ hours drive by road. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to the hotel for check in. Rest of the day will be at your leisure. You may visit other major tourist attractions or indulge in some last minute shopping. In the evening, go back to the hotel for dinner and rest the night off.

Day 16: Delhi Departure
Spend the first half of the day at leisure or exploring the city. In the evening, our representative will accompany you to Indira Gandhi International Airport in time to board the flight for your onward travel.
