Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
Upon your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, you'll be greeted warmly by our tour executive who will then transfer you to your hotel for check in. Relax in your room and get the jetlag off your body, feeling fresh for next morning's excursions.
Day 02: Delhi
Day two will begin with a filling breakfast, after which you'll proceed for a full day tour of Delhi including a rickshaw ride through the popular market of Chandni Chowk and the beautiful and historic mosque of Jama Masjid. Post lunch; head out for a visit to the New Delhi area including Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Qutub Minar, Old Secretariat Building, and Humayun's Tomb. Later in the evening, return back to the hotel for dinner and night's rest.
Day 03: Delhi - Agra
Early in the morning, you'll be transferred to Delhi Railway Station to board a train to the city of Agra. Upon reaching here, you'll be escorted to the hotel for check in. After freshening up, move out to visit the Taj Mahal, the epitome of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz. The light at this time of the day will be perfect for capturing the Taj on your camera. After that, drive to the magnanimous Agra Fort and later to the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah, also known as Baby Taj. Come back to the hotel for dinner and sleep over.
Day 04: Agra - Ranthambore National Park
Post breakfast, you'll be driven to Bharatpur Railway Station, about two hour drive away from Agra. Here, you'll board the train to Sawai Madhopur district in Rajasthan to visit the Ranthambore National Park. Upon arrival, you'll be met by the tour executive who will then escort you to the hotel/resort in Ranthambore for overnight stay.
Days 05 - 07: Ranthambore National Park
The entire three days will be at your disposal to explore the wildlife of Ranthambore to its fullest. Go on morning and evening game drives during which you will get ample opportunities to sight various animals like tiger, chital, nilgai, jungle cats, wild boar, and Sambar etc, plus more than 300 species of birds. Spend the nights in luxury tents.
Day 08: Ranthambore National Park - Jaipur
On day eight of the tour, you will set out to the Pink City - Jaipur, about 4 hours drive from Sawai Madhopur. Upon arrival, you'll be taken to the hotel/palace for check in. The day will be at your leisure. Dinner will be provided at the hotel/palace itself. Call it a day thereafter.
Day 09: Jaipur
On the morning of day nine, post breakfast, you will head for a full day tour of the city including visits to Amber Fort, made of white and red sandstone; the City Palace; Jantar Mantar, an observatory tower; and the architectural masterstroke called Hawa Mahal. Evening will provide plenty of time to go shopping for famous local items. Return back to the hotel/palace for dinner and overnight stay.
Days 10 - 11: Jaipur - Chhatra Sagar
In the morning after you are done with the breakfast, you'll be journeyed to Chhatra Sagar, about 230 km or 5 hours drive away from Jaipur. For two nights, you'll be staying in luxury tents, set on a dam overlooking the lake at Chhatra Sagar. Sumptuous meals, comprising of mouth-watering recipes, that have been passed on from generations will keep you engaged. While you are here, you can also go on bird watching tours or interact with the locals to know more about the historical importance of the place.
Day 12: Chhatra Sagar - Jodhpur
Day twelve will begin with the last breakfast at Chhatra Sagar, after which you will proceed to the city of Jodhpur (approx two hours drive away). Upon your arrival, you'll be escorted to the hotel/palace. After freshening up, you'll be taken to the fabulous Mehrangarh Fort, where an exclusive private tour will be arranged for you. Led by the curator, you will get to know all about the history and heritage of the fort, followed by drinks and dinner at the fort itself. The dinner will comprise of some local delectable finger-licking delicacies. Drive back to the hotel/palace for overnight stay.
Day 13: Jodhpur - Serai
Start the day with an hour's drive to Serai (some 45 km away), a luxury desert camp and spa situated on the outskirts of Jaisalmer in the great Thar Desert. Spend the day at the camp exploring the rural country side via camel safari.
Day 14: Serai - Jaisalmer - Serai
One day trip to Jaisalmer is organized on day 14 of the tour. Visit the citadel city to explore one of the largest forts in the world. Built on the triangular shaped Trikuta Hill, this impressive bastion is a wondrous piece of structure, dating back to the 13th century. Travel back to Serai in the evening to spend the night in the camp.
Day 15: Serai - Delhi/Mumbai Departure
After a delightful breakfast served at the camp, you'll be driven to Jodhpur Airport to board a flight to either Delhi or Mumbai. Upon your arrival in either of the cities, you'll be transferred to the hotel to relax and freshen up, in time to catch your next flight. Hereafter, you'll be accompanied to the airport to board the flight to your onward destination.
